I went to the bookstore to donate some books and the owner recognized me from on here (!). We all joke about the shame of being recognized from social media but it turns out being recognized by your local bookstore owner feels like a huge honor. Like, who? Me?? Bookstores & book people! The best!
Rebecca ColesworthyModest—in size not awesomeness—modernist-y used book haul from Dove & Hudson in Albany. Always so impressed with the curation and number of recent titles (some used, some remainders). It really does double as a great local indie (NYRB, Verso, and UP titles, etc). Go go go! More books = good!
