There might be enough low hanging fruit to throw the MAHA crowd a bone for a cycle or two but we’ll still be unhealthy at the end of it. Any serious attempts to fix the problem are going to have tradeoffs in price and convenience that crunchy suburbanites may accept but other communities won’t like.
