If you don't pre-fumble the easy trifecta you might have to actually deliver healthcare...minimum wage...court expansion...corporate taxation...citizens united..and a bunch of other stuff donors hate. It looks like a lock this time so they had to start early

In a 2 party system, if you were to ever curb stomp the other party out of existence you'd would no longer be able to pretend to be oblivious to the public will and would be forced to deliver. Now? One side has quit playing is actually going for the kill, while the other still plays for a draw.
