Thursday night cocktail night at the Union and brilliant films at Bloomesbury Theatre.

The whole year of my MSc was superb - academically and socially. I made many enduring friendships and met my other half!

In about 1988 remember giving some friends a lift in my white 2CV and they (suspiciously) encouraged me to park in the quad while we went for a drink in the union bar. When we got back to the car an hour later, it had been completely repainted by students from the Slade. The paint was water-soluble!
