Of course it matters, because Spain can and does control entry from Ceuta to the Spanish mainland and therefore the Schengen area. My replies are not a forum for bullshit about immigration.
museevirtuelIt doesn't matter at all that Ceuta isn't located on the Iberian peninsula - all that can be said is that its location makes it easier to enter illegally. It's part of Spain. Un país sin fronteras no es un país.
