Or they demand that the wrong control group be used! There was a trial that anyone well-versed in the field would recognize as a form of comparing WPATH SOC 6 to WPATH SOC 8. Naysayers said it was meaningless since the SOC 6 group still knew they would eventually get HRT. 🙄
