In 1991-92, I was diagnosed Bipolar. I had no clue what it was. I went to the library. I checked out every book, sometimes 2 a week, to learn about it. I knew I had to arm myself with all the knowledge I could to fight that beast. FF to 2026, live alone, stable, good credit, on meds since.
