I usually don't say anything, but whenever I see a friend or colleague excited about a big opportunity to work with an absolute garbage company, I'm always just 😬😬😬 I know ethics under capitalism are difficult to navigate and sometimes a paycheck is life or death, which is why I don't say anything.
