Pixeling more enemies for Vikings on Trampolines. Needed an enemy that could pop the balloons you're standing on. Like... a bird, that carries a saw. A Saw-Bird. Man... I made that beak real floppy. #pixelart #ドット絵 #gamedev

Making new enemy sprites for Vikings on Trampolines. The temp-sketch for the Blimpolini is a large balloon that acts as temporary platform, but its also mindlessly carrying a bomb, so you need to pop it before it blows up. I added a bit of a subtle fish-theme as well #pixelart #ドット絵 #gamedev

This is honestly the most beautiful timelapse I've ever seen.

Question: This process of sketch to final goes only for one frame or for the whole animation frames? Even the damage animation?

Popping balloons while on a trampoline... that sounds like a precise bit of coding.

A saw-wielding bird that pops the balloon you're standing on is a genuinely mean enemy placement, punishing the player's own mobility tool. Does the floppy beak read as a tell before it attacks?

Now you just need a blue version!

Your process is kinda magical to watch because honestly the shapes seem baffling or clunky and then you slightly position them and texturize and suddenly they are utterly perfect. Really unique design sensibility!

It's not jsut floppy... It's also bulbous and flabby 😭🙏✨

Super cool to see these process insights!
