It would turn into a North and South Korea situation I think. People would constantly be trying to escape red America, especially women, racial minorities, disabled people, LGBTQ, etc... Red America would fail over and over and turn into a dystopian hell hole and blame blue America for all of it.

That's exactly what happened in RA Novels. They build a wall around the south. And tossed all the "angels" into it. It was a backwards hellhole where there was no schools, only preachers could read, and everyone worked mines or farms as the only industries. And your job owned your house.

Well, it would depend on if they have nukes. I don't think they will ever be satisfied with anything and will never stop trying to dominate blue America. They think they own the country. Hell, they currently think they should own other countries too.
