Dog owners.... (derogatory) Gonna have to Karen my upstairs neighbor because I finally got indisputable proof that theyre letting their dog pee on their balcony and leak down onto mine. I just watched the golden shower happen. It also peed on my outdoor rug and now its got a yellow stain on it.
