The helmet has arrived. Consultant anaesthetist has TOLD me today to get back on the bike. It is no longer for sale.

I have ordered a new bicycle helmet. It is time. I put my bicycle up for sale last week and I've realised I don't really want to sell it.

Oooh, good point, mine is about 6 years old, I should probably look at getting a new one.
