We’ve had steady hot water for three days now! Landlords don’t want to pay for plumbing. And there’s this weird thing down here where they literally tell you if you didn’t use things they wouldn’t break so just don’t use them and it’ll be fine. My house has more pipes and valves than a WWII sub.
