I was at an Airbnb in Canada that had bear spray in a kitchen cabinet. I mean it could be a substitute for hot sauce, but I would recommend not using that in the enclose kitchen without the exhaust fan being on. Also they have if a drip coffee maker appropriate coffee filters.
