Well, there used to be readouts, pre-Trump. Then he was caught asking Zelenskyy, as the price of receiving aid authorized by the Congress, to fabricate dirt on Biden. I am only saying this: if the country is taking any action based on a leader to leader assurance from Putin or Xi, that is absurd.
