When I lived in Missoula, MT, I had my own kitty walk and my own puppy walk. There were some neighborhoods where there were lots of kitties or puppies and I loved walking through them (plus, Missoula people are flower-mad!) and getting to pet all the kitties and puppies.

There should be a national holiday for cats, with paid time off. Since the corporations did steal holidays from us, I remember being paid for Washington’s birthday & Lincoln’s birthday and then they combined them, and called it Presidents’ Day. Thanksgiving and the day after was paid. No more! 🫶🏼🐈♥️⚖️

You can also go see a giant pencil get sharpened in Minneapolis. There is an eel pout festival in the winter in Northern Minnesota. Minnesota is is an amazing place to live and visit. Moving back when I retire. I will take the real winter & community over better Seattle weather and chilly neighbors
