Lincoln:"if the Republic were to fall,it would only come from within".Perhaps what would amaze him most about today's peril is the delusional aspect of one half of the population & the widespread apathy amongst the other 1/2.Where are huge protests,the general strikes? Not with a bang but a whimper?
