It's no longer "a lot." It's now all of them. The ft that Trump could openly promise to do this: to make energy more expensive and dirtier, and not have folks realize that what he was saying destroyed our politics and will hurt our economy for a long time.

One of the funny things about this is that Texas, which has vast reserves of fossil fuels and is the hub of the fossil fuel industry, is the largest wind energy producer in the country. About 30% of wind energy in the US is in Texas.

And of course one of the reasons for that is that once you get the turbine up, the wind is free. It's just free electricity. Imagine drawing massive amounts of power and paying $0?
