Bruh, this would've been TOO EASY. Set it during the blip when the vamps (they're not "alive") have numbers on the humans and decide to end blade. They trap him in a building and he has to fight and survive till dawn. For luls, have one of the areas be a bloodrave.
GLAll they kinda had to do was John Wick with vampires. Deacon Frost puts an all out hit on Blade. Hell I would even take The Raid with vampires. Blade fighting his way through Dracula's castle Either premise is just an hour and 20 minutes of Blade doing cool fights
