I think activities intended to effect even the partial destruction of an ethnic/religious group counts as a genocide. Gaza counts. Lebanon counts. The West Bank counts.

But Ukraine doesn’t? The West Bank is governed by the Palestinian authoritity When were they attacked? Who is the leader of the Palestinian authority? I think that you should do more research. Again The Palestinian population is increasing. There are real genocides now Sudan, China, Myanmar
