Which aren't factories, but I'm sure that will be his go to as manufacturing facility construction peaked at historic levels in 2024 and has declined in the last 2 years. Like Trump's first term where he claimed 7-9 new US Steel plants & 5 Japanese auto plants, none of which occurred.
