I took this video in the Greenbelt just before all the rain started. It’s been a record wet July & we still aren’t out of the woods. Wet at times again today w/a risk of a t’storm. High 22° & humid. Wind N 20 with higher gusts. Low 17° with showers. Still a chance of a few showers Thurs. & 25°.
