Which is to say: If there's a false rhyme in any of Loesser's non-diegetic* musical theater material, I can't think of it. *Is that the right one? I always get them mixed up.

You're correct, of course. There is a legend that during GUYS AND DOLLS' out of town tryout, a friend of Loesser's came to visit. When he knocked on Loesser's door, the songsmith shouted back "Go away unless you have three rhymes for mink!"
