When I left Virgin Media @virginmediacorp.bsky.social they wanted a court order from me when I requested an itemised bill! They did everything to make it difficult for me to transfer to EE/BT. Now they have fined by Ofcom @ofcom.bsky.social I made many telephone calls, some lasting an hour.
