FWIW this is the show I suggest folks new to trek watch. Of the new stuff it’s the most like the original series but does fall into traps of modern tv all the same.

SNW does make an egregious error against Star Trek canon by having Ethan Peck's Spock have a waxed chest but they thankfully restore the chest hair after this.
