Because it doesn't feel as urgent as my bills, housing, ICE in my city, etc. Those kinds of things would probably come to mind first for me if someone asked
Thanks for sharing. There's a tradeoff in top-issue question wording - asking about a list of specific issues can result in majorities saying many are extremely important (dubiously so). Open-ends are less guided by the researcher/more organic, but may miss important latent issues
