Thanks for sharing. There's a tradeoff in top-issue question wording - asking about a list of specific issues can result in majorities saying many are extremely important (dubiously so). Open-ends are less guided by the researcher/more organic, but may miss important latent issues

Both are useful, but I trust open ends a bit more because the survey isn't defining the issues that can matter. No silver bullet though
