There. Are. No. Trans. Women. In. The. WNBA. This whole conversation is a racist trap and long circuitous argument that always comes back to insulting cisgender Black women by calling them not women. In particular it attacks: Brittany Griner, Liz Cambage, and A'Ja Wilson.

The silly argument starts with transphobes saying that even the most skilled women basketball players can't beat much less skilled men and boys, because the height, speed, and athleticism advantage is too much to overcome. Then trans allies point out that some cis women have the same advantages.
The trans allies point out that 6'3 former college men's basketball players even struggle in 1 v 1 against 6'8 Liz Cambage, not just because she is tall. Other women are tall. But she can move, is deceptively fast, and can dunk with ease. The size and power combination are difficult to overcome.
