police exist to protect private property, which is to say real estate and businesses, and it could not be more apparent from the way they treat the theft of PERSONAL property like they're Lost and Found. like if it shows up, they'll call, otherwise why are you bothering them..?
Coach FinstockMy neighbor across the street got burglarized and he said the cops literally said "we're on to these guys" after saying "they've hit 20 houses in the area" and then he asked why they were able to hit 20 houses if the cops were "on to these guys" and that was the end of the investigation lol
