Different. When Palestinians do war crimes, Israel is in part to blame because they are the occupiers and aggressors. When the inevitable happens and war crimes are committed, they are Israel's fault as a nation as well as the fault of the individuals doing the crimes.

Burn the all down and start over without religion.

Trying to even parse the situation by equations is as about as anti-human as I can imagine it. What is the numerical and algebraic equivalent of your dead children? I mean this from both sides, but I also respect a clear antagonist and who could end this most easily.

Worse. The victims of genocide are justified in defending themselves by any and every means necessary. Palestinians can morally do anything to the nazis invading their homes.

Rather different... Our Western governments would be screaming about the outrage if Palestinians did that. The murderous reprisals from Israel would be explained away with a patronising "Israel has the right to defend itself". But mosques are burned down - meh. That's how honorable we are.

Just seems to be an exasperating inevitability to all of this inability to exist peacefully as neighbors while resources shrink and population exceeds the resources to sustain it. We are animals that believe in Gods… We will kill to prove it.
