What happens with NH now legally speaking will the DNC strip them of delegates or not seat them like FL/MI in 2008 ?

Presumably what happened in 2024, where the results of the state-run primary were ignored, and the party held their own primary that actually counted. Of course, that was an uncontested primary, so it didn't get as much attention as 2028 will. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2024_Ne...
