At this point it doesn’t matter what the bill says. Doing ANYTHING with Israel is out of the question for me. This is the bigger point. Since when does sharing any defense tech or research with a killer make sense?

It focuses on joint weapons research, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and co-production of items like missile defense systems. If you don't like it, fine, but at least be clear on what the bill says.
