Ukraine is also ready to work on expanding its technical capabilities. Ukraine wants peace. Ukraine does not want war. Ukraine does not want humanitarian disasters in winter and civilian casualties. It is far more rational for Russia to de-escalate and negotiate. Russia / Putin must be forced.
