It seems harder to organise things sensibly so that they can no longer be disingenuously misorganised in a democracy than we'd care to admit. I thought the Sun Tzu ref was telling in the raw milk article. I'm suspicious of leadership studies over-studying the military. I'm suspicious of "leaders"!
