ICE agent that killed Johan in broad daylight,on a public street,in front of his 3 year-old daughter should be in jail while the incident is investigated -- just like what would happen to you, me, or anyone else that killed an unarmed civilian. Instead these guys get to take paid time off from work.

If any ordinary person killed an unarmed civilian in broad daylight, they'd likely be in jail while the investigation unfolded. Many people question why that standard doesn't always seem to apply when the person involved wears a badge.
