Canadians decide what they buy not the turncoat governments. Consumers are part of the reason there's income equality & the cost of living is so high. People participate in bidding wars for homes & submit themselves to high prices. Previous generations haggled & would not buy if the price was high.

While that's true I haven't seen the stats on sales, so I'm just critiquing the governments for even giving Albertans and Saskatchewanians the option. (Had to Google the demonym, there! I thought it was Saskatchewaners!)
