Need advice. Wife flies #AirCanada to son's jet training grad. Bought expensive dress for formal dinner. Puts in carry-on bag to make 100% SURE it arrives. But Air Canada makes her check her carry-on & they LOSE THE BAG. She shows up to dinner in trailer park clothes. 😡 What's proper compensation?
