"1 2 3 Kind of Love" actually was released as a single, on Carl Maduri's Sweet City label. It was part of Epic Records and distributed by CBS. Looks like there were UK & Canadian releases as well.

...Glad to belatedly learn that as I only first heard that awesome tune several decades after its original release, when I encountered it on some budget CBS CD compilation that I found in a delete bin, LOL!!😂👍

It doesn't seem like it ever got much of a push... but now you know it's out there, so you might find it somewhere.

...It is also readily available on several different compilation albums from them as well!!☺️👌
