Oof! Years ago I briefly attended Krav Maga classes. I was picked to assist the trainer in a demo, with him standing in front with his back to me. He readied his arm for a backwards strike, then paused and asked if I was wearing a groin guard (I wasn’t at that point).That nearly ended very badly!
