That was a lovely little read! Useful in getting my head around how to think of Zero Parade (especially vis-à-vis the elephant in the room, DE)

Everyone else who's smarter than me have their own take on the game (which I'll be devouring over the next few days), and I can only say that Zero Parades will never shake that Disco Elysium comparison - and that I don't think it's a bad thing

Games like Disco Elysium are so seminal that they have essentially laid the groundwork for a new-ish genre. Zero Parades is a game created from that lineage. We're going to be seeing a lot of Disco-likes in the years to come and I'm all for it TBH
