Headline is technically correct; Fauci thought it COULD have been man made, he did not say it WAS man made. Then he went to work investigating and the evidence showed that it was NOT. That's how science works; now, using these simple terms, let's all go explain it to the MAGA asshats.

Right, but the framing of the headline is very deliberate: it insinuates while maintaining plausible deniability.
