I was thinking more instead of having a menstrual cycle, uterus-havers just turn into werewolves. The penis-havers wouldn’t do anything at all, just be them, you know? It’d decrease the human population especially if amnesia was part of it since it’s all base animal instinct of survival (1/2)

Not sure how that would actually work from a moral and/or legal stand point; other than medical science getting more exacting when it comes to conception and implantation. (2/2)
