The richness of community we had there was irreplaceable, and the ability to build a critical mass on issues like impeachment, for example, felt like they were impactful, especially considering how much energy (& probably $) was put into counter-messaging ("iMpEaChMeNt Is DiViSiVe") & attack trolls.
