Reuters: Russia's Saratov oil refinery halted crude processing after Ukraine's August 2 drone attack damaged production facilities. Sources said repairs to its only crude distillation unit could take two to three weeks. The refinery processed about 5.8 million tons of crude in 2024. #Ukraine
