I had one of those on when they were monitoring my heart after my WPW ablation. Those things are pretty hard to rip off. They stuck pretty well to me even during sleep, so I’d be surprised if one popped off! Good luck with it though!
Had to wear mine for a whole month. It was tethered to an inconveniently large android phone locked to a single app that didn't even output the sensor readings.
