Actually they definitely consider the poor, disabled old & sick as GOVERNMENT WASTE in that they do NOT want to spend any $ on you all which is why they have DEFUNDED everything to leave deficits of neglect where benefits once were. They aren't idiots, they know people will perish which is the POINT
