I think the best part is Lord Xiphus' vaguest hint of a smile! He knows very well how to cheer up, or at least comfort, a child gripped by the passion of fear! If it works is another question, of course. He is still an undead skeleton.. scary things... 🤭 Though we all know what will happen next 🥰🧡

It is a little difficult for him not to smile a bit, skulls tend to have resting jovial face. Comforting and calming children may be a skill set he needs to be built up a bit, necromantic overlord as a job doesn't call for those skills often

I mean, you can claim that, but other pages have often proven that Lord Xiphus has a surprisingly large number of different expressions! Must the power he has, twisting his skull 🤭 And yeah, you may be right, but honestly... I think he will do a fine job ☺️

A good angle and lighting can help a lot, especially with a little artistic license. Well perhaps in the long run, can't be a fun experience running into an ancient lich and witness a violent battle at such a young age
