I mean the grim reality is that this isn't an elite thing at all, this is a predator thing. Power gives them more cover but it's hardly something that only the powerful do! And pretending otherwise makes zero sense.
I figure all "elites" (those with positions of power in society) are predators. They acend to their positions by stepping on little people. It's the foundational premise of class society imo
That's fair, but as a Jew I'm extremely wary of the term "elites" as a shorthand for "predator," since so many people use the term "elite" as shorthand for "Jew." (To be clear I don't mean you, just more generally it's... well a Not Great trend of late)
