Also more pronoun options! Fields of Mistria my beloved and all your options for me to make my character their most authentic self! Also New Vegas letting you be flirt with your gay companions but remain platonic allies is great, compared to 4s "everyone is pan" romance system (BG3 did it well tho)

Stardew Valley. Just don't try to enter the spa under your preferred gender, unless the character you're playing, is that gender. No lie, I'm really surprised there hasn't been more uproar regarding the mens/women's spa sections in the game. Considering.

some examples I love: - a few members of the cast in Magical Warrior Diamond Heart - Evan in Moonlight Peaks - Qiu in Our Life: Now and Forever - Dorian and Sera from Dragon age inquisition - pretty much any game that doesn't have restrictions on romancing the cast

I understand why people like playersexual options but I actually really like when characters have set sexualities. It really makes the world feel more alive for me

I agree! I also like it when my gender is acknowledged sometimes in games, like being called cute or handsome? i know there are plenty of endearments that can apply to everyone, but it's nice sometimes.

Or when they do have playersexual romance but the characters acknowledge that they thought their sexuality was different Like I love when I'm chatting up a woman in a game and she confesses with a line like "I never thought I could feel this way about a girl before..."

playersexual is fine, but characters having set attractions feels way more immersive to me. cyberpunk for example has a girl you can romance as male v, but if you're fem v she'll flirt with you a while before pushing you off at a point, and it works really well!!! (plus Judy is so cute in that game)

It's not romance, but I've thought it was nice that Fallout: New Vegas lets the player be queer (a game that released in 2010!), and there's even queer NPCs.
