Nice walk: Wickham around the Maplesteads. Buzzards, Kite, Yellowhammers #essexbirding and a field of Oats, with few oats showing in the ears. Some had been cut but it must be ~100acres with what appears to be a very small crop. Sparrowhawk caught a small bird in garden while we had coffee at home
