I'm almost old enough to remember the original punk, and I'd say you summed it up perfectly. Yes, you sell stuff, but we all have to survive in the pre-post-scarcity hellscape we live in. The difference is that you don't compromise. You sell what you want and you do it yourself. DIY is 100% punk.
